Our client, a major luxury brand, is looking for an Accounting Manager who will oversees and manages daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures, while also managing a team to deliver expected results and implementing new initiatives.

 WANT

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a company with International Accounting Standard practices or Audit firm.
• Minimum 3 Years Team management.
• Knowledge of IFRS and experience in accounting procedure in business are mandatory.
• Japanese proficiency is a must, and English required (TOEIC score 800 or above).

CULTURE

• Possesses a commitment to and understanding of Retail Business / Direct to Consumer business.
• Good communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage people to deliver expected results while improving performance through the implementation of new initiatives.

EDUCATION

• University Degrees in Economics / Finance / Business major.
• JP or US CPA preferable.
• SAP experience preferable.
