Our client, a Big4 Partner in Tokyo is looking for Experienced Consultants and Managers in Transaction Services. Audit or M&A experiences are welcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct financial due diligence in M&A, value evaluation, input into share purchase agreements, PMI problem identification, and PMI support.
• Perform financial analysis of companies and interpret the results of analysis.
• Provide advice on individual cases.
• Deal with risks in an atypical manner according to the specifics of each case.
• Communicate with clients to understand their concerns and communicate the results of analysis in an easy-to-understand manner.

REQUIREMENTS

• CPA or MBA equivalent qualification with accounting background.
• 3+ years of experience in domestic or overseas audit firm.
• 4-year university degree or higher.
• English proficiency and ability to use Windows software.
