HR Business Partner, Big 4

Our client, a Big4 offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a HRBP. The aim is to maximize employee performance, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations in a company, including labor relations
  • 3 years of experience as a consultant at a professional firm in HR consulting or other HR knowledge
  • Flexibility and speed with the ability to take initiative in dealing with complex organizational issues
  • Familiarity with labor law and social insurance
  • SVA-AD level English proficiency
