REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5-7 years of C&B/HR generalist experience
- Retail experience preferred
- Solid understanding of C&B and labor laws for Japan
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
