HR Planning Manager, Luxury

Our client, a luxury retailer is looking for an experienced HR Planning Manager to join their team. The role involves in planning and analysis to support business goals, contributing to decision-making processes, and growing. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5-7 years of C&B/HR generalist experience
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of C&B and labor laws for Japan
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
