Our client, a well established accounting firm in Tokyo is looking for a Senior Manager, HR & Payroll.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Team Management of Payroll/HR consulting team
- Supervision of Monthly Payroll processing for a number of clients
- Year-end adjustment procedures for a number of clients
- Statutory Benefits (Social & Labor Insurance) administration
- Consultation on general payroll, statutory benefits and related tax matters
- Project management for other general administrative initiatives with various
clients
PREFERRED
- 5-7 years payroll and statutory benefits administration in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm
- Candidates with Labor Law Consulting certification (Sharoshi) or candidates studying towards this certification preferred
- Good communication skills and team management experience
