JOB SUMMARY:
- Contribute to the organization’s development and drive various Talent Acquisition & Talent Development initiatives.
- Grow as an HR business partner and inspire people within the organization.

REQUIREMENTS
- Source talented individuals in the market.
- Collaborate with agencies to identify senior-level candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on job descriptions, hiring processes, and criteria.
- Explore new channels for recruiting.
- Support the development of the learning program for the office in coordination with the HRD.
- Plan and execute talent mapping and succession planning.
- Develop and implement training plans for key positions in the office.
- Collaborate with the global team on learning and development initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of progressive HR or HRBP experience.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Luxury/fashion industry experience is a plus.
