JOB SUMMARY:

  • Contribute to the organization’s development and drive various Talent Acquisition & Talent Development initiatives.
  • Grow as an HR business partner and inspire people within the organization.
  • Work in a demanding and creative environment.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Source talented individuals in the market.
  • Collaborate with agencies to identify senior-level candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers on job descriptions, hiring processes, and criteria.
  • Explore new channels for recruiting.
  • Support the development of the learning program for the office in coordination with the HRD.
  • Plan and execute talent mapping and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement training plans for key positions in the office.
  • Collaborate with the global team on learning and development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR or HRBP experience.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Luxury/fashion industry experience is a plus.
